Convert Excel to PDF
The Excel to PDF tool converts a .xlsx spreadsheet to PDF without software, so price lists, invoice summaries, score sheets or report tables can be shared with anyone. Text, numbers, dates, percentages and currency formats appear as in Excel; bold and colored text, cell fills, alignment, column widths and merged cells in a row are kept. If the table doesn't fit portrait A4 it switches to landscape, and if it still doesn't fit it is scaled down. Each sheet starts on a new page with its name. Hidden sheets, rows and columns are skipped. Nothing is uploaded.
How to use it
- Choose an Excel file (.xlsx).
- Click Prepare.
- The PDF downloads with the file's name.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to formulas?
The last calculated value saved by Excel is printed; the formula itself is not shown.
Are charts included?
Not in this version. For reports with charts, use File → Save As → PDF in Excel.
My table is very wide. What happens?
It switches to landscape first; if it still doesn't fit, it is scaled to the page width, so text may be small.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The spreadsheet is read and the PDF is built in your browser.
