Add a Logo or Image to PDF
This tool places a company logo, stamp, seal or any image on your PDF pages. Use it to brand quotes, invoices and reports, add a logo to presentations, or use a transparent image as a watermark. Choose one of nine positions, the size relative to page width and the transparency, and add it to all pages or only the first or last. Page content is unchanged; the image is added on top. Your PDF and image never leave your browser.
How to use it
- Choose a PDF file.
- Choose the logo or image.
- Choose position, size, transparency and pages.
- Click Prepare; the PDF with the logo downloads.
Frequently asked questions
The logo has a white box behind it. Why?
JPG images have no transparency. Use a PNG with a transparent background so only the logo shape shows.
Can I add a text watermark?
Yes, use Add Watermark.
Is this a signature?
No. It is added as an image and does not replace a legal e-signature.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The PDF and image are processed in your browser.
